Johnny Applefraud

Jesus Christ... listening to The TapesTM I can't help but revert back to original form... Casey Serin is a complete moron. Is there ANYONE who didn't profit from Casey Serin, Entrepreneurial Real Estate Investor?!

Casey, you really have no business sense. You will never be a successful entrepreneur. Please do yourself a favor and listen to the tapes objectively. Hilarious.

Murst! again. Another cute one. I guess Mocha has been too busy with Aspeth and EN to pay you a visit recently. Did you read her gold nuggets on EN today?

Yeah i'm trying to catch up... Mocha is funny to me, she needs to have a part in the Serin sitcom.

I am hurt that she got cut off just as she was about to mention me on the last Fraudcast.

Man, these tapes are something else... I'm not sure what leads people to say Casey was intelligent.

Are you planning to listen to all of the tapes? I'm waiting for someone to transcribe it for Caseypedia because it involves way too many hours of hours to listening to Casey's drone. Mocha and Casey are similar on that level.
Yeah, Mocha was hilarious on EN later in the day, but she wasn't so entertaining on Aspeth's blog earlier (probably not sufficiently loaded).

I don't think i'll be able to get through all the tapes... i'm not that committed to things that aren't sophmoric photoshop montages.

Listening to Marty & Casey is very entertaining though. Casey throws out so many floaters for Marty to catch and follow up on, and Marty (half listening I guess) misses most of them...

The moment that had me laughing was during one of the sessions where Casey is talking about some NM property and talks about the "letter of intent" he had to write about living there...

He blathers on about how his "gut" told him it was wrong, but he certainly wouldn't do anything illegal if he knew about it ... then he goes on to say he did indeed consult a couple of people from his "network" who confirmed that it would be illegal to lie on that letter...

Casey blathers on some more and decides to go ahead and do it and "deal with it later"...

Mother f'er if these "Gurus" and "Investment Clubs" aren't the greatest scams going in the past few years...

While catching up on the latest developments in the Caseyphere, I found Flailing's description of the tapes pretty accurate: From what I've heard of the tapes, they could be licensed as a cure for insomnia or as a psychological torture device. (Think how fast the Waco siege would have been over if the ATF had those babies.)
I'm pretty impressed that you've managed to listen to more than one volume.
