I don't know what Casey means, but I do know he's in dire need of a haircut. If he can afford highlights, he can certainly afford a trip to the barber shop.

Why don't you lay off thge poor little hobbit?
Don't you realize that he just got back from cleaning the swimming pool at his last and soon-to-be-foreclosed house that he doesn't occupy,(although he promised to).
Anyway, the poor tyke was supposed to be driving a Porsche and flitting about in his Gulfstream jet plane making sweet "bizness" at THIS point.
NOT cleaning someone else's swimming pool like an illegal Mexican proletarian.
It's made the lad quite cross lately.
