Actually, some psycho rigged a bomb to Casey's laptop. If there is not at least one new post on IAFF every 24 hours, the internet blows up. Casey must heroically keep blogging.

It's true Bruce... some bastard broke in, while he was clearly doing other things like succeeding, and took him away from the job hunt and forced him to re-open the blog... sad tale, I've already contacted the ACLU on his behalf.
