Kudos to Chief for running a nice program.
Inbetween people lecturing Duane about how the Inner Circle didn't share enough for the people who deserved all the answers I did get a question answered.
Duane mentioned that the FBI wasn't the only entity interested in pursuing Casey... I asked if these entities pursuing Casey for the mortgage fraud stuff or something else...
In true cryptic fashion, Duane answered "yes to all of the above"... interesting....

Its obvious that Duane and lost Mittens were in this for themselves all along. They just used the rest of you to rattle Casey's cage. Honestly, don't the rest of you haterz feel played?
casey attracts people who want stuff. i know the two have their share of spin, but having listened pretty carefully, i think everyone made a deal.
if you can get casey into civil court, he'll give you anything he has. it's like a genie in a bottle. he can't go there. so you win.
but if i were mittens and he leaked my name, i'd go after him, too. so far as i can tell, the deal he made was not one-sided. i believe it is: cover mittens expenses (not much), give him the book rights (poor marty's gotta back up his 'deep pockets' game face), give duane the web site for $20k and half the profits for the next year, money going to galina's credit cards from trust/escrow.
as deals go, i mean, compared with DICKHOLE MARTY STEWART, this is a Jesus deal. designed to stand in stark contrast to the marty deal.
