An in-depth analysis of the posts and events related to the Internet soap opera featuring ethically-challenged Fliptard Casey Serin, his comical award-winning blogger sidekick Nigel Swaby and Bruce D. Collins wrestling promoter and doomsday personality.

I need to, I must focus, I will, I need to, I must focus, I will, I need to, I must focus, I will, I need to, I must focus, I will, I need to, I must focus, I will, I need to, I must focus, I will, I need to, I must focus, I will, I need to, I must focus, I will, I need to, I must focus, I will, I need to, I must focus, I will, I am looking, learn a whole new set of skills, I have plenty of opportunities to solve my cashflow problems.
The only thing that will bring you cash in the near future is getting Trampolina to agree to that lingere show. I'd go $50 for topless, i'm sure many more would too.
This latest post is borderline bizzare. Going to need some time to figure out this mess. Some inital gems:
Yes, I sometimes feel held back by marriage.HELD BACK FROM WHAT? Casey my boy, if there ever were soulmates in this world it was you and Galina "6 more years" Serin. You two were made for each other. A nice couple that can at least pose well in front of the camera. Her with her Lil' Scammer brand clipboard, and you with your near-perfected depression pose.

Nigel Swaby, the Axe-Man, takes a break from cutting deals with Casey Serin, building new businesses (on free blog sites), partying with bobsled teams. The blogcation has really paid off and Nigel is ready to dive into some deep economic commentary... uh, bolsterd by a syndicated horoscope column.
Master of the obvious, who brought us such great insight as "My point is this is mostly algae caused by the sun," is at it again this time trying to tackle Haterz, housing bears and people with some actual insight on economics.
I believe Wall Street is beginning to wise up to the screamingly negative headlines too. Yesterday was a great example. Early in the morning, March GDP numbers were released. While there was growth, the numbers didn't hit estimates. After reaching a new record Thursday, the stock market had barely budged.
I think the consumer will get stung by the real estate market as it continues to devolve. I think that the consumer is already getting stung by higher energy prices. The U.S. savings rate is negative.
With $1 trillion in ARMs [adjustable-rate mortgages] adjusting this year, and people spending more to heat and cool their homes and to drive and on groceries, these people are going to get pinched. The consumer is two-thirds of the economy, and it's tough to see the economy going ahead with two-thirds of it stalled. I think that the housing correction will extend and move lower than people think. This kind of trend always goes longer and deeper than anyone expects.

Oh and and on top of that we owe 2 months of rent and utilities and the patience has run out. We are expected to have that money in certified form by May 1st and also pre-pay 2 months of rent in advance if we are to stay here.
Well, our punishment is over. Casey's back again still trying to sell this new humility angle.
Today I lost my last property to foreclosure.
I would have just created a bigger mess if I tried it myself.
...about a thousand emails in my inbox to process, over 30 voice mail messages to return, a pile of unopened mail, unfinished taxes, marriage issues, piles of unsecured debt.
At the same time there are many good opportunities on the horizon, including a possible job, but nothing is certain right now and everything takes longer then you think.

These are going to be people in various stages of foreclosure or pre-foreclosure. I expect the areas will be mostly urban, San Jose, Sacramento, Bay Area.

Nigel, is this marketing campaign stemming from your work with Casey Serin? He doesn't seem like the sort of a person an ethical businessman would deal with.

Nigel,
Not much of a discussion here. This should be in classifieds. Please repost.

Steph J from EN is apparently refusing to share the glorious images of her cleavage with us, but is taking a census if you are a Casey Hater.
I don't hate him, I just think he's a want to be con artist who deserves to be prosecuted. If the law won't do it, we can at least humiliate him.
Take a moment to sign up here for Steph J.

Wow, link whoring withdrawal hit our favorite pin salesman hard. The poor guy doesn't know whether he's coming or going. One day he's just trying to latch on to Casey's traffic, the next day he's setting up an anti-haterz site, which briefly turned into a Haterz-Lite site, now he's trying to figure out how to do battle with the Haterz.
From Axe Man's latest post:
Wow some random dude actually took the time to drive ot there and take photos of Casey. Unreal. He is becoming a national obsession. Then it goes onto some typical boring attempt at feigning some sort of insight, I really don't know how to snark at something without a real point. I think Nigel's next "brand" could be "Interesting Avoiders."

Blogcation is over.
Nigel, suffering from withdrawal chimes in with another gem that will challenge my intellect and keep me up for many nights to come. On one of his many successful web properties, Award-winning blogger and Aspiring Web Journalist gives us all a little something to think about.
Highlights can really be wrapped up with:
You can't leave water standing or untreated.
My point is this is mostly algae caused by the sun.
Benoit,
Your Casey impersonation is pretty funny, but the real Casey has asked me to delete. Maybe you could resurface as Crazy Sarin or some such variant?

If you've been a ready of Casey's for months and hate yourself for the dirty feeling you get after returning to the site again and again...
Take a moment to go read this kid's blog. He has an interesting story of a 20-something who got into the high-stakes game of currency trading (at least I think it was currency trading) and proceeded to leverage himself deeper and deeper into the abyss. It seems he also traded away over 100k of his mother's money. He's about to go live in his office after he short sells his house, but he's trying to make amends with the people around him and with himself.
Now at 300k worth of debt, he's no Casey, but take some time to give him some props. If you found Casey Serin's story and hoped for a story that would maybe help you or just be an honest story from a guy who made mistakes. I really appreciate what this kid is trying to do and the road he chose to take on his way back from his problems. Let's just say he and Casey aren't walking on the same path.
I bet Nigel the Link Whore shows up there one of these days as people discover his story.

Today seems to be a day of retrobution,
One of Casey/Nigel's legion of supports has apparently tried to create a little attack of their own. They have targeted Rob Dawg of Exurban Nation. This does nothing but illustrate their own stupidity.
Rob had little to nothing to do with what occured on Casey's site yesterday. I was a major contributor in the comments section yesteray because I believe Casey hasn't earned the right to attempt to monetize his traffic or start a new scam... err, I mean entrepreneurial venture.
Yesterday happened organically. I think both of them underestimate their "audience," deep down I think they both believe they are truly smarter than all the HaterzTM.
I am not sure who's behind it... I would normally suspect Nigel. It's clever the way he's gone all-cap on our asses to fool us... oh, but it can't be Nigel, he's on Blogcation.

This has been my favorite post of all time. It started off well enough with the goal of furth trying to rehabilitate and reinvent the Casey Serin internet persona.
Debt. Finances. Blog. Foreclosure Site. Negativity. Haters. Details. Follow-through. Partnerships. Opportunities. Job. Book. Success story. Big deals. Crazy ideas. Passive income. Huge deals. Goals. Focus. Priorities. Marriage. Values. Faith. Purpose. Progress. Time. Finances. Finances. Finances…
The pressure of it all is getting to be too much.
This whole thing is getting to be too much. Maybe I’ll sell the blog/domain, maybe I’ll keep it and take on a partner to handle the management of this thing, maybe I’ll put some systems in place to make it more efficient. Either way, I have too many opportunities, and big deals in the works. The blog brings awesome opportunities and connections and there are ways to monetize the traffic that I was just starting to do. I would also love to help people in foreclosure.Everyone knows you won't close the blog down, you have no other opportunities to come up with another scheme to get rich quick. Just know that we'll be waiting for when the site comes back up to remind you of how you honestly need to change your life and stop doing stuff like this email you send to your family and friends. Pretending you've changed isn't the same as actual change. How embarrassing.

I've always thought that Casey and Nigel weren't really that different. Nigel is a little more together, let's chalk that off to age.
What makes Nigel interesting is his transparent need for attention. Somehow internet traffic = success. I think Nigel is starting to realize that the bubble-train he was fortunate enough to have caught the caboose of (you know, the train Casey was a bit late for) is about to head back to the station.
You can post your rah-rah NAR paraphrased posts all you want, but the party is about over for all that got into the field during the bubble.
So what do our two peas in a pod want to do next? Try to think of the ever growing foreclosure situation as an opportunity to cash in! Somehow a failed flipper and a paper pusher think they've gained the experience to help people through perhaps the toughest and troubling episodes of their lives. How? BY MONETIZING WEB TRAFFIC INTO REFERRAL FEES FOR THEMSELVES!
Fellas, it's tough to get rich. It takes a lot of hard work, not by offering non-services through an Amway-like system $39 at a time.
If you really want to help people, volunteer for Habitat for Humanity but please do not try to sell us your hunger for easy money as a way for helping people.

In this gem, Casey (or ghostwriter) attempts to don the new "Foreclosure Avoider" persona to subtly shift the focus of the site to be a foreclosure assistance site.
Before we go into what is said here, can anyone tell me what the f a foreclosure assistance site is going to do? Set aside Casey & Nigel's endless thirst for a quick buck and attention. Wait, so let me get this straight. I'll give you $39 to talk with you for $20 to get ultimately referred to someone who's going to want MORE money from me so that you'll get a cut? Sign me up.
We learn in this post that Casey has a bit of a public health issue with his property. Clearly the neighbors have been complaining about this and turned him into the Mosquito Abatement District. I would imagine this pool has been festering in the sun, unattended and has become not only an eye sore, but a serious health hazard.
What does Casey do here?
He hopes someone will tell him to stall while he continues to cower in his room (well his sister-in-laws room) until someone offers him a big chunk of money for... something.Should I call the abatement and see what my options are? Or maybe I should wait a little longer for the answer on the second. Then I can tell them that we have the house in escrow and it should be selling soon and tell them that the new owners will start cleaning it up as soon as it’s closed. Please advise.
